Domestic Shipping
Free Shipping on all orders anywhere within the United States.
All orders ship through USPS First Class Mail (3-5day).
All orders ship out on next Business Day (custom orders excluded, see custom order details below).
Shipping to P.O. Boxes is Available (no extra cost)
Confirmation and Tracking Information sent through email once order has been processed. You will then be able to reference your tracking number to see your delivery progress.
Note: We are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages. We recommend selecting a secure shipping location where someone is always present to receive deliveries.
International Shipping Available
All Shipping International: USPS First Class Mail $12.95

Custom Orders
Custom orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to complete and will be shipped as soon as finished. You can receive updates through email on the progress of your custom order.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Confirmation email with Tracking Information. You will then be able to reference your tracking number to see your delivery progress.
Note: We do require full payment at the time of purchase on custom orders to secure your item.
Returns & Exchanges
We strive to maintain a high level of standard with each piece we design. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please submit a Return Request through the Contact Section and let us know of any issues within 7 days of receiving your order. Give us a chance to make it right!
Items being returned must be in original condition and in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange, or replacement if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. Requests for refund or exchange must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the original order.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and we cannot cover the shipping costs for the item you are returning.
Damaged Item: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please submit a Return Request through the Contact Section within 7 days of receiving your order. Please submit a photo of the item you received along with a brief description of the issue. We will gladly take care of all costs associated with replacing the damaged piece.
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If there are any issues with any order/purchase please send us a detailed message immediately through our Contact Section. A reply is usually sent within 24 hours of a message.
